Privacy Policy

Archon (https://usearchon.com) is a private operator platform for managing an AI-assisted venture portfolio. Access is invitation-only and limited to approved operators. This policy describes how we handle information when you use Archon.

Account information. Email address, password hash, and profile details needed to authenticate and authorize access.

Operator content. Data you create or upload inside Archon (projects, manifests, tasks, telemetry records, storage files, and similar operator workspace data).

Technical data. Server logs, IP address, browser type, and basic usage events needed to secure and operate the service.

Connected integrations. When you connect a third-party account (for example Gmail), we store OAuth tokens and the minimum metadata required to run that integration on your behalf.

If you connect Gmail, Archon requests access to your Google account using the Gmail API scopes gmail.readonly and gmail.send. We use this access only to provide operator-facing features you enable, such as reading inbound mail for triage and sending outbound mail when you instruct the system.

Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to build profiles unrelated to operating Archon. Human access is limited to what is necessary to operate, secure, and support the service.

Archon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the integrations settings in Archon. Disconnecting stops further API access; stored tokens are removed as part of that flow.

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate operators and enforce access controls.
• Run workflows, automations, and integrations you configure.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support or security requests.

We do not sell personal information.

We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, database, email delivery, and error monitoring) strictly to operate Archon. They process data on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Archon and its operators.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate Archon, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your operator account and associated data by contacting us at archon@usearchon.com.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use strong credentials and disconnect integrations you no longer need.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of Archon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
