Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Archon at https://usearchon.com. By creating an account or using Archon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Archon is a private, operator-controlled platform for managing AI-assisted venture operations. It is not a public consumer product. Features may change, and parts of the system may be experimental or under active development.

Access is limited to approved operators. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at archon@usearchon.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use Archon for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Share access credentials or bypass approval and authorization controls.
• Use connected integrations (including Gmail) in ways that violate provider terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Archon. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service and run workflows you configure.

When you connect third-party services, you authorize Archon to access those services using the permissions you approve. You remain responsible for compliance with the third party's terms.

Archon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may be incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing actions before they affect production systems, finances, or communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, access is no longer approved, or continued operation poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using Archon at any time and may request account deletion by contacting archon@usearchon.com.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
